I've always liked Kelly and your entire family (who I've known since grammar school), but my respect and admiration has grown tremendously as I've been so humbled and impressed by Kelly's motivation and ambition to give back to the youth and her community. Hi, Mona...thanks for logging on and listening to my interview with Felipe. Since I conduct music and interview shows for Chicago's 1590 AM (WCGO) radio, I do like to play songs between interview segments. I normally limit it to perhaps two minutes per song, so that I have more time devoted to the interview. I also like to showcase songs and releases that don't get played elsewhere, like Ayna's "Sober" at the top of the hour. In many cases, I ask the personality that I am interviewing for suggestions, but we were on a short time frame to get the production done and the podcast up in order to promote Felipe's show in Chicago. In fact the podcast is up even before the radio show is scheduled to be aired (July 30th at 6am, Central) in order to maximize the promotion of Felipe's show.
